These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DAYS Music & Arts Festival ("the Festival," "we," "our," or "us"), including the purchase of tickets, participation in the Festival, and access to the Festival's website and services. By purchasing a ticket, attending the Festival, or interacting with our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not attend the Festival or use our services.

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

1.1 Ticket Sales
Tickets for the DAYS Music & Arts Festival may only be purchased through our official website or authorized sellers. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the full price for the ticket, including any applicable taxes or service fees.

1.2 Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods through our authorized payment processors. Payment must be made in full before a ticket is issued.

2. Entry to the Festival

2.1 Admission Requirements
To gain entry to the Festival, you must present a valid ticket along with any required identification (e.g., proof of age or identification for age-restricted events).

2.2 Refusal of Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Festival grounds at any time if they fail to comply with these Terms, act inappropriately, or violate any laws or regulations. No refund is required for this. 

3. Prohibited Items and Behavior

3.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited at the Festival and may result in confiscation, removal from the event, and/or cancellation of your ticket:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Weapons, explosives, or fireworks

• Alcohol (unless purchased at the event)

• Glass containers

• Large bags or backpacks (unless specified)

• Drones or other flying devices

3.2 Conduct and Behavior
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive behavior, harassment, excessive intoxication, violence, or any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the Festival.

3.3 Searches
Attendees may be subject to security searches upon entering the Festival. We reserve the right to conduct such searches at any time during the event.

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

4.1 Event Changes
The Festival reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, and venue without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees of such changes.

4.2 Cancellation
In the event that the Festival is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, or other emergencies), we will notify ticket holders and provide refund instructions, subject to any applicable policies.

4.3 Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled. If a refund is issued, it will be provided in the same manner as the original payment. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for tickets in cases where you are unable to attend due to personal reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
All content, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, designs, and text on the Festival's website and event materials, are owned by DAYS Music & Arts Festival or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without express written consent.

5.2 Media and Photography
By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed, recorded, and filmed by us or our affiliates. We may use such media for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation to you.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAYS Music & Arts Festival is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Festival.

6.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAYS Music & Arts Festival, its organizers, staff, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your attendance at the Festival or your breach of these Terms.

7. Data Protection

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through informal negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will apply to your attendance at the Festival from the date of the update.
