Refund Policy - The Basics

At DAYS Music & Arts Festival, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our attendees. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following Refund Policy to address ticket cancellations, refunds, and event changes.
1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Event Cancellation
If DAYS Music & Arts Festival is canceled in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or other emergency situations), ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the full ticket price, excluding any transaction fees, processing fees, or other charges. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you will be notified via email with further instructions.
3. Event Postponement
If the Festival is postponed to a later date, the following will apply:

Your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date, and you will not be required to take any action if you are able to attend on the new date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Festival, you may request a refund within 30 days of the announcement of the new event date. Refund requests outside of this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests for a postponed event will be processed in the same manner as cancellations, excluding transaction and service fees.
4. Lineup Changes
While we make every effort to ensure the advertised performers and activities are available, we may make lineup changes (e.g., performers or artists dropping out, schedule adjustments, etc.). Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund, as we cannot guarantee the exact lineup.
5. Ticket Transfer or Resale
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except under the conditions set forth in this policy. You may not resell or transfer tickets without prior approval from the Festival organizers. Unauthorized resale of tickets may result in the cancellation of the ticket.

Provide your ticket order number, name, and reason for the refund request.

If your refund request is eligible, you will receive confirmation, and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of the stated conditions may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other critical situations. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee approval.
8. Additional Fees
Please note that transaction fees or service fees may apply when purchasing tickets and are non-refundable. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are outside our control.
